Loyalty Program

Especially for our workers Hands To Work has prepared a loyalty program by means of which we would like to thank our workers for their loyalty towards us and quality of their work. We also hope it will improve standards of stay and living abroad.


 - Program for Skilled workers/Foremen
Workers  who have the right experience, knowledge and skills and who work in agriculture, logistic or manufacturing sectors on such positions like forklift truck operator, order picker, greenhouse worker or machine operators, can be eligible for Skilled workers/Foremen program.
Persons who have skills in management and leadership and who are  strong and reliable pillar of a team, will be taken into account during recruitment for a foreman position.
Performing the functions of any of a skilled worker and foreman brings additional benefits of the job. First of all, the Individual approach and focus on professional development of staff, will be a priority for all our actions.
In order to be qualified for a program a candidate must comply with the following requirements:  good command of language, experience and industry knowledge, leadership skills, willingness to work as a skilled worker/foreman, willingness to take a constant cooperation with Hands To Work, willingness to participate in training/courses needed to perform  a particular position.

- Training/Courses
We always want to improve the quality of work and qualifications of our employees, that is why within a scope of our program, we offer training and courses in the logistics, manufacturing and agriculture sectors. Selection of training depends on  the needs of our clients, for instance we organize VCA courses - health and safety, forklift trucks operators or handling with food courses. After successfully completed training, the participant receives a certificate that is a confirmation of new qualifications.
- Sport and physical activity
In a spare time, after working hours, our employees can enjoy sport and physical activities organized by our company - Hands To Work. We have created a special project team responsible for organizing the football and volleyball  games. People who are willing to participate in our events and have the appropriate skills, may join the official team Hands To Work. Sports activities and participation in such events is a great pastime. Besides, participation in teams includes occasional awards and bonuses.
 
- VisClub/fishing club
For our employees we organize a free transportation to a fishing  ground  in the Limburgit area where  our, passionate about fishing, employees can unwind after work. We also help in obtaining a Dutch fishing license.

- Polish newspapers in the Netherlands
Since the beginning of 2010 we have been supplying Polish newspapers to our workers staying in bungalows. Staying in the Netherlands through us, you can count on regular supplies of Polish press.

- Bonus program
You can win a laptop and a bonus of 350€
Who can participate?
-    An employee who is subject to the youth pay and who is under 23 years old and also
-     pledged to employment for a minimum period of 26 weeks
Participation in this program is not obligatory, and in this way we would like to honor the loyalty of our employees.
How the program works:
-    For the first 7 weeks of work of the employee we deduct the weekly rate of € 50
-    After five weeks you will get the laptop
-    After completion of the project you will be paid  a regular payment in amount of € 350
We also remember the birthdays and other import ant events for our employees. Each employee will receive occasional cards and  wishes from us.
