We look for employees all year round. Arrivals to the Netherlands take place on Sundays, every week.
We focus on a long-term cooperation between the company and employee,
therefore the contract of delegation is signed for a period of 3 months.
Workers who come to the Netherlands are taken care by Hands To Work employees
who assist in the completion of the formalities such as:
signing of the contract, filling in a Sofi number form (if the employee does not have one) completing an advance payment application (if the employee whishes to receive it), and completing insurance and bank documents.
getting acquainted with Hands To Work Regulations, the rules of accommodation, health and safety regulations, rules of use of cars, and other informants.
Employee may receive an advance payment in the first week of work, but he/she has to inform about that on arrival.
After completion of the formalities employees can be accommodated.
In the first week the employees are taken two deposits per chip to the laundry, the key and bedding. If the employee returns all the things in good condition, the deposit will be refunded immediately.
Employees get paid each week, they also get a confirmation in the form of ”salary” called in Polish “tygodniówki”.
At the end of the calendar year, each employee receives a tax card Jaaropgaaf on the basis of which you can settle the tax.
Every worker has the opportunity to go to the store or church.
